TELLING STORIES THROUGH HIS LENS

Kenney is a Kansas City, KS native who travels across the country sharing the story of others through photography. 

When he picks up the camera, it’s to bring visibility to the stories that shape lives. From leaders at Fortune 500 companies to fellow educators or the neighborhood grocer —  the mission of 3 Shot Photography is to capture important moments and use storytelling allowing people to see what’s happening in the world around them. 

FROM A SPARK TO FRUITION

Kenney’s wife noticed his obsession with taking photos of their first child and made a deal that led to the creation of 3 Shot Photography: a new camera in exchange for his PlayStation video games! Her support and the influence of several mentors allow Kenney to travel the country sharing stories through his camera lens and to open a photography studio in midtown Kansas City, MO. 

Kenney is married to his supporting wife Andrea and they have two children — Kennedy & Kenneth Alexander. They live in Kansas City, MO where he does the base of his photography.
